Nikkollette Williams
CEO
Nikkollette Williams has extensive training in real estate and franchising. She has sold properties in Maryland, Nevada and Toronto. In 2014, Nikkollette acquired two (2) Supercuts franchise stores in Henderson and Las Vegas. She successfully built, grew, and manages her franchises.
Her years of experience business enterprises will prove to be a valuable asset to Legends Basketball Inc. Her leadership, communication skills and team building has led to her success in owning and operating multiple Super Cut Franchises. Nikkollette has many years of being involved in her local community and has a position on the Board of Directors of JYD Project, Inc.
George King
CFO
George has more than thirty years of experience in financial management, capital markets, executive corporate management, and legal / regulatory matters. George’s experience includes Wall Street firms, Credit Suisse, healthcare, telecommunications and FinTech. He has served in Board of Directors and C-Level positions at three publicly traded companies in the United States and Canada, including Vice Chairman of one public company and Chairman of another. He has completed two IPO’s, including a $6 billion Goldman Sachs technology IPO for a firm where he was a Co-Founder. George’s capital markets experience includes more than 325 completed transactions aggregating more than $20 billion, as well as financial advisory closings aggregating more than $8 billion. George’s geographic experience includes the Americas, Europe, Middle East (GCC), and Asia.
Robert Smith
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Robert Smith is a former Division-1 basketball player turned serial entrepreneur and impact investor. He is the founder of the NUE (Network of Untapped Entrepreneurs) Initiative, a high impact partnership focused on closing the wealth gap for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color). Before launching the NUE Initiative, he served as a Director at Lido Advisors, a $6.2B+ national wealth advisory firm. Robert led the firm's launch of the Sports and Entertainment division. Prior to joining Lido he was the founder of IECP Ventures, where he was the lead investor and fund manager playing an integral role in building a portfolio of over 80 companies with several high multiple exits including: InDMusic acquired by LiveNation, FameBit acquired by Google, PlutoTV acquired by Viacom, Vessel acquired by Verizon, HelloGiggles acquired by Time Inc.
Doug Lee
Managing Director
Doug is an integral Team Member and co-founder of ProSource which markets, supplies, distributes and/or manufacturers over 100,000 logoed products. He utilizes a full in-house design team to make your toughest project a reality. For over 20 years, Doug has been involved in sourcing & manufacturing domestically and overseas. In addition; he has been appointed as agency of record and/or negotiated contracts for many firms, agencies, licensors and licensees across many different market segments. He was also President of a market leading 3D engraving manufacturing/supply company to the promotional products marketplace. Over the years, he has co-managed a facility in China as well as leading sales and marketing teams abroad. Doug has a superlative design sense; a strong skill set and implements a "TEAM" strategy to every project or challenge. His diverse background is a critical advantage when it comes to new product/marketing/campaign ideas & development.
As well as being a sought-after motivational speaker and community leader, Doug has co-hosted an NFL show as well as serving as a color commentator for several professional and collegiate events over the years. God, family & friends come first in his life and he has been married 35 years. He has served on several Boards including 2 terms on the Advisory Counsel for Purdue University. He is a former NBA basketball player and serves currently as Secretary of the National Basketball Retired Players Association (Nevada Chapter). He and his wife Becky (ProSource Co-founder/Owner) have two children, lived overseas for years, and are involved with many national and local charities. Mr. Lee attended Texas A&M University and Purdue University where he was named "MVP" and received a degree in RHI Business with "Big Ten" Academic Honors.
Ulish Booker
Managing Director
Ulish Booker, a West Haven, CT native, accepted a full athletic scholarship for football to Michigan State University in 1998. He graduated from MSU in 2002 and was awarded a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Family and Community Services. Booker began mentoring in 1999 and in 2003 was signed by the Atlanta Falcons. In 2005 Booker was signed to the Pittsburgh Steelers and allocated to NFL Europe where he played for the Amsterdam Admirals. In the same season Booker, won MVP honors, claimed the 2005 NFL World Bowl XIII and then returned to the Steelers as a member of the team that won Super Bowl XL. Booker added his name to a list of only five players to ever win World Bowl and Super Bowl rings in the same season.
In August of 2006 Booker was injured and placed on the Steelers injured reserve list. Booker continued to mentor through-out his career and in August 2008 Booker officially launched BKS Music Group out of a vision and strong family ties rooting him in gospel music. BKS Music Group founded on principals that artists should be immersed in a professional creative environment, have access to technologically advanced recording tools and equipment, and be privy to out-of-the-box marketing strategies and resources that large labels provide and all complete with family care. Booker’s entrepreneurial drive and love for mentoring led him to envision his own organization to meet the ever changing diverse needs of children, youth, and their families. In August 2009 after months of careful planning, Booker birthed the vision, First Foot Forward Family Solutions currently a credentialed service provider for the Department of Children and families for the state of Connecticut. Booker's philosophy behind First Foot Forward is simply; "it doesn't matter where you are, it matters where you're going. You can start today; every step forward is one in a positive direction, one foot forward at a time."
As of recent, Ulish completed a course on second career management and received a certificate from Georgia Tech College of Management and The National Football League. Ulish is also founder of Spartan Global Network. SGN is an on line platform that provides everyday benefits and services to its direct audience of nearly 23 million people. Ulish was also appointed and served as Vice President of Families for The National Church Of God In Christ Urban Initiative.
Ulish Booker is a member and administrator of Destiny Family Life Center Church of God in Christ, in New Haven, CT where his dad is founder and pastor.
Jerome Williams
Founder
Jerome Williams is a 9-year veteran athlete playing basketball professionally in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Mr. Williams was an NBA Player’s Union Representative and in 2000, Jerome was selected by peers, other NBA athletes, to serve in an executive role as Union Vice President. Jerome has cultivated starring roles as; the NBA Cares Ambassador; an NBA TV Correspondent; an NBA Fit Spokesman; and as an NBA Goodwill Ambassador to South Africa, Israel, South America, Shanghai, Philippines, Beijing and Bahrain. His community efforts have led Jerome to receive, community service awards and two special invitations to dine at the White House during the George W. Bush Administration. Jerome continues running both the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Basketball Retired Players Association (NBRPA) and a much needed charity for children, The JYD Project.
Jerome boasts an outstanding reputation and has established an extensive network of relationships surrounding professional sports. His many years of experience in the basketball world, ranging from TV to the front office will be integral to the success of Legends Basketball Inc. with the operation of the CBN Basketball Complex and the CBN Network.
Brian Hamilton

Brian Hamilton is President, Founder and Board Chairman of Hippo Technologies, a healthcare technology company revolutionizing the future of virtual care. At Hippo, Brian is responsible for building the global ecosystem for scaling wearable computing and traditional mobility in the world of medical and mon-medical, fundraising and investor relations and overall business operation.
With more than 20-years of experience and success as business executive and serial entrepreneur, Brian is recognized as a pioneer in creating new market categories and gaining market acceptance of augmented and virtual reality, Internet of Things, and wearable computing technologies in healthcare, education, IT and telecom, entertainment, consumer packaged goods, industrial manufacturing among other vertical industries.
Previous to Hippo Technologies, Brian was a co-founder and Chief Business / Revenue Officer for RealWear Inc., which became the most distributed industrial wearable computer products to date and helped to cross the chasm for wearables to be adopted in industrial and work settings. Under his leadership Brian helped grow RealWear from concept stage to establishing it as the market share leader in industrial wearables. He created and led the company’s global sales force, ISV partner and channel reseller network that enabled successful distribution and use of more than 30,000 headsets into the industrial market. This was accomplished by securing over 1,500 global customers including Fortune 1000 companies, government organizations as well small- and medium-sized enterprises.
Brian has also founded a variety of companies in the financial, education and entertainment technology industries and has been part of organizations that have raised over $350 million. Brian has served as VP of Sales and Business Development at DAQRI, an AR technology company, VP of Business Development for Magic Ruby backed by Technicolor, EVP of QWiPS, an audio platform company, and worked for Siemens Medical, among other technology companies.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Anthropology from The University of Rochester, a Business Certificate of Management from The Simon School of Business, and an MBA and MS in Information Science from Penn State University. Brian is married with three children and is involved in a variety of philanthropic initiatives.

Personally, I am focused on innovation in sports and entertainment. I am currently listed on over 30 US patents. These patents range from gaming systems to innovative methods and unique peripherals.
